Designed specifically to work when using Induction Cooking systems, the IC100K provides quick, accurate temperature measurements without the loss of accuracy and without the unstable readings that are seen when using a standard digital cooking thermometer. Typical accuracy is 1 to 2 degrees F and a quick response time of 2 to 3 seconds in liquids.
Thi IC100K Kit includes the Cooper-Atkins AquaTuff 35100-K thermometer and the 50336-K-UG probe which offers a high accuracy, system designed to withstand the harsh environments in a commercial kitchen or in food processing. The ABS housing is extremely durable and IPX7 waterproof rated. The housing is ergonomic with a tapered design and curved back to fit nicely in your hand.
