This Cooper-Atkins weighted (2 pounds) surface thermocouple probe allows for hands-free use. Perfect for griddles. It features Stainless Steel construction with a Phenolic handle and 2.5" Teflon base. A dab of oil to aid in heat transfer is recommended when taking measurements. Available in K ONLY.
Works well with most Thermocouple Thermometers.
