The 35200 AquaTuff Thermocouple thermometer series with the DuraNeedle, Bell Surface or MicroNeedle Wrap & Stow probe is the right choice when accuracy is your top priority. Total System Accuracy ensures this thermometer and probe combination will measure temperatures within a high accuracy. The probe is calibrated with the instrument to deliver a TRUE ±0.9F ° accuracy for the 35232 and 35240 and requires no additional calibration - ever! The heavy-duty patented probe cable is reinforced with Kevlar and a metal braid that neatly wraps and stows around the instrument.

Model 35240-N AquaTuff Thermocouple thermometer includes the model 55040-N MicroNeedle probe which offers the quickest response with minimal impact on the product. Ideal for small products and semi-solid products.
