The 323 oven-safe meat thermometer is NSF certified with a 6" (15.2cm) stem. HACCP minimum temperatures for poultry, ground beef & pork, and fish are printed on the dial. This NSF certified thermometer may be left in the oven while cooking.
The thermometer is the single most important instrument in preventing food-borne illness. The Cooper Model 323 Meat Thermometer determines correct internal meat temperatures.
To Clean: Clean & sanitize after every use. Wash by hand only. Do not immerse dial end. Remove stubborn grease from stem with scouring pad or fine steel wool.
WARNING: Do not subject thermometer to extreme temperature changes. The pointed end of this thermometer can be injurious. Store in a safe place.
