AquaTuff 35232, 35235, and 35240 Wrap&Stow Thermometers

The 35200 series Cooper-Atkins AquaTuff thermometer with the DuraNeedle, Bell Surface or MicroNeedle Wrap&Stow probe is the right choice when accuracy is your top priority. Total System Accuracy ensures this thermometer and probe combination will measure temperatures within a high accuracy. The probe is calibrated with the instrument to deliver a TRUE ±0.9F° accuracy for the 35232 and 35240 and requires no additional calibration - ever! The heavy-duty patented probe cable is reinforced with Kevlar and a metal braid that neatly wraps and stows around the instrument.

Model 35232-N thermometer includes the model 55032-N DuraNeedle probe and is best used for dense meats and soft frozen foods. They also work well with soft foods and liquids.
Temperature Range: -100° to 500°F / -73° to 260°C
Temperature Accuracy: ±0.9F° / ±0.5C° total system at ambient temperatures between 68° to 86°F (20° to 30°C)
