The Write-Temp (TM) is a ball-point pen and bi-metal thermometer in one! The Write-Temp 1246PS-02 (Patent Pending) features a Bi-metal 0-220 °F or -20/100 °C dial pocket test thermometer housed in a retractable ball-point pen shaft with Cooper-Atkins’ recalibration wrench.

The temperature range covers many of the items any foodservice operator tests on a regular basis. A magnifying Lexan lens makes for easy reading of the two degree markings on the dial. Accurate to +/- 2 degrees F or +/-1 degree C, this handy pocket test is also NSF listed and recalibratable using the built in calibration tool.
